Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Meet Gina LLC ("MeetGina", "we", "us"), the provider of the MeetGina AI compliance monitoring service available at getmeetgina.com. By creating an account, running an assessment, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using MeetGina on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Not legal advice

MeetGina is an informational monitoring service. It surfaces publicly available federal, state and local regulatory records that may be relevant to how your business uses AI. It does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not certify that your business is compliant with any law. Always consult qualified counsel before making compliance decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you register.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

The risk assessment is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Order process and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute MeetGina content, attempt to breach, probe or interfere with our systems, upload malware, send spam, infringe anyone's intellectual property, use the service fraudulently, or use it to violate any law.

Intellectual property

Meet Gina LLC retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, scoring methodology, generated documents templates, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer the service or circumvent its technical limits.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Regulatory sources change, and coverage may lag. We may modify features or these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet Gina LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or fines or penalties assessed against your business. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Nevada.
