How MeetGina works
MeetGina never asks a general-purpose model to decide what the law is. Matching is deterministic; AI is used only to explain verified records in plain English.
- 01
AI inventory
You describe your business — state footprint, industry, headcount — and check off where AI shows up: chatbots, marketing content, resume screening, HR tools, vendor features.
- 02
Risk scoring
A deterministic score weighs regulated use cases, employment decisions, customer-facing AI, sensitive data, jurisdiction complexity, automated decision-making and missing controls.
- 03
Live regulatory matching
Your profile is matched against structured regulatory records in real time — jurisdiction, agency, official source URL, effective date, affected use cases. Nothing is generated from memory.
- 04
Live alerts and review items
When a matched rule changes, you get a live alert that says what changed, why it touches your business, and where the official source lives.
- 05
Remediation
Draft AI use policies, customer and applicant disclosures, vendor questionnaires and review checklists. High-risk matters are flagged for human review.
What MeetGina will never do
- Tell you that your business is legally compliant.
- Invent a law, rule or requirement.
- Substitute for advice from your attorney.
