Assessment answers — industry, states of operation, headcount range and how you use AI, used to calculate your risk score and produce your report (necessary to provide the service you requested).

Contact details — email address, name and company name, used to deliver your report, create and secure your account, and answer support requests (contract performance).

Account and content data — company profile, saved assessments, policies, vendor questionnaires and evidence you upload, used to provide the paid features (contract performance).

Usage, device and log data — IP address, browser and device identifiers, and product telemetry, used for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legitimate interests).

Marketing email — sent only where you have opted in or where permitted by law; you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your information.

Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, authentication, analytics and email delivery providers who process data only to run MeetGina on our behalf.

Merchant of Record — Paddle.com acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for all purchases and receives the data needed for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing and customer service.

Professional advisers such as legal and accounting firms, and authorities where we are required to disclose by law.

Assessments stay in your account until you delete them. You can delete any assessment from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at privacy@getmeetgina.com and we will process the request within 30 days.

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing email. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Account data is protected by row-level access rules so that only you can read your own assessments.
